Week 4 Content and Social Media:
Overview:
Week 4 was a very busy week for the website launching. I finished the major content article for how to start a blog. I have been working on getting content ideas to make sure I have enough content for two articles a week.
I found additional keywords and created drafts for those words, this will be an ongoing process to ensure that I have enough ideas. Remember, you need around 500 articles for the site to gain authority.
I went deep in to an affiliate marketing program called legendary marketer. I will post a nice review of the program and what the result was.
I also created some face book ads and added an email capture to build a following.
Social Media:
I have also setup accounts on facebook, twitter, Instagram, and tiktok.
Week 4 Goals:
The primary goal for week four was to get a couple articles completed. I also generated some additional pages to support the how to start a blog content.
- Finished two articles
- worked on an affiliate program to determine if it was any good
- Found additional long tail keywords
- Create the YouTube channel
- Work on building traffic to the site through ads
All Goals Completed this week: 100%
Second Month Goals:
The goal of the next month is to continue building on what we have started. I need to add at least 10 articles over the next month. I also need to finish the YouTube series on how to start a blog.
This will lay the foundation for the YouTube so I can do reviews of various programs and if they work well or not.
